Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Velvyana, we work with great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. All our products are handcrafted and carefully checked before dispatch. Once your order is confirmed, it takes 1–3 working days for us to process and pack the item. After dispatch, delivery timelines usually range from 4–8 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

You will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp or SMS once your parcel has been shipped, so you can follow the status of your delivery. Please note that delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, but we will always support you in tracking your parcel.

We offer prepaid online orders only and we currently do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD).
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address and active phone number at the time of placing your order to ensure smooth delivery. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient, reshipping charges will apply.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, as pieces are dispatched from limited collections. We request you to kindly receive the parcel as scheduled by the courier.

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are Delivered within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable
