All our products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, embroidery, and finishing, which are natural characteristics of handmade work and should not be considered defects. The product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or device screen settings.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, and we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons related to personal preference, color variation, size issues, or change of mind. We only accept return requests in case of genuine manufacturing defects, supported by a complete uncut parcel-opening video. Decisions regarding return eligibility will be made solely by our team.

We offer prepaid orders only, and we do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD). If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping charges will apply. Once a product is shipped, Velvyana is not responsible for courier delays caused by logistic partners or unforeseen circumstances.
