Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Velvyana, every product is carefully hand-crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. As our designs are made with delicate handwork and produced in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, color difference due to screen resolution, size issues, or personal preference. We request customers to shop thoughtfully and review all product details before placing an order.

We only accept return requests in the rare event of a genuine manufacturing defect. To process such a request, customers must provide a complete uncut parcel-opening video, beginning from the moment the sealed parcel is opened. Videos that are edited, started after opening the package, or taken after removing the product will not be considered valid. All return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with the required video proof.

Products that have been worn, tried, altered, washed, or used in any manner are not eligible for return. Once approved, a replacement product or resolution will be provided as per availability.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled because we begin processing immediately after confirmation.
